Dorzolamida Clorhidrato / Betaxolol Clorhidrato.

Antiglaucomatoso que actúa inhibiendo la anhidrasa carbónica y bloqueando los receptores β1. Contraindicado en pacientes cardiópatas, geriátricos y gatos.

La combinación de su fórmula disminuye significativamente la producción de humor acuoso reduciendo tanto el transporte de agua hacia la cámara posterior como el flujo sanguíneo hacia el cuerpo ciliar.
